[Chorus-Announce] winterguard competition Feb 15th

Dear Boosters,
The music dept will be hosting a winterguard competition on Friday, Feb 15th at 3PM. This will be a small fundraiser for the music dept.so we need everyone's help to man some stations and help with organization. It won't be nearly as big as last years Winterguard Championships but still needs your help. Remember, all your students benefit from this so we need their help as well as quite a few parents to supervise. This will be very small compared to last year, only 6 hours and 9 schools. All students are expected to help.

If you can help with concessions, the directors lounge, selling tickets, parking or anything else that we come up with please get back to me ASAP. I won't be there until near 6:00pm due to my classes that day so I need someone who can look after getting the volunteers to the place they are assigned. Let me know if you can help me out.
