[SMHS Music Tour] SMHS Cruise Payment Reminder

Dear Parents and Cruise Participants:

Now that our fabulous Winter Concert is over, it is time once again for a few cruise reminders:

o     DECEMBER payments are DUE this FRIDAY.
o     Parents who are attending but have not booked rooms through our group need to let me know if they want to "tag-along" on the Ensenada land excursion to the Blowhole/Mexican Folkloric Festival.  It is $29/ticket; you can add this to your student's December payment.  Please include your reservation number so that I can have our cruise company link you to our group.
o     Don't forget to secure or update your student's passport, if necessary.  I'll need a copy with your January payment.
o     If your mailing address has changed, please let me know.
o     Any earned fundraising credits for the December cookie dough sales will be applied to either the January or February cruise bill.
o     Several of you, who have made your own cruise reservations, have asked about our group's dinner seating; we have been given "late" seating.  I do not yet have a reservation number for our group, but will provide it when I can.
