Bearcat Cruise Participants/Parents:

Attached you will find information regarding your student's April cruise.  Please take the time to review all the information carefully.  If your student hasn't applied for his/her passport yet, you will want to do that fairly soon as the current processing time is about eight weeks.  We will be asking for copies of student and chaperone passports with the third trip payment (January 15).

As we get closer to departure (April 2) more news and detail will follow.  Trip costs will be billed over four months with the first payment due November 15.  You'll receive that bill later this week.

Special thanks to the parents who have volunteered to chaperone this trip.  You'll receive information about your responsibilities with the second billing.
