[SMHS Music Tour] SMHS Final Cruise Payment Due

Dear Parents and Bearcat Cruisers:

Your final bills are in the mail for the April 2 Mexico cruise.  The payment is due on or before February 15. 

When you receive the billing, please read it carefully.  Included with the bill are an emergency form and on-line registration guide.  Please return the emergency form with your payment.  A few of you have not returned the pink Parent/Student Responsibility form; another copy was included for those of you who haven't completed it.  I'd appreciate it if you'd return it with your payment as the Cruise Line is asking for them asap.

After reviewing the on-line registration guide have your student begin that process.  If you are also going on the cruise, you will be able to assist them in completing the process as well as your own on-line registration.  If you are not going on the cruise, your student will have to complete the first half of the on-line process and inform Mr. Tribuzi when they have done so; after Mr. T. does what he needs to do, your student can go back on-line and finish the process.  It will make more sense when you receive and read the guide.  This is a cruise line requirement.
