Dear Parents/Students/Chaperones:

If you have not already received your January bill it should arrive any day now.  Prompt payment would be appreciated as we are required to make our payments to the Cruise Line regardless of whether or not individual families have paid.  Please mail your payment no later than this Friday as the due date (Monday, Feb. 15) is a postal holiday.  

Please read the information carefully that is enclosed with your bill as there are updates on the land excursion and passport requirements.  If you wish to allow your student to participate in the rock climbing activites on board you will need to return the release form (yellow) enclosed with the bill.
