[SMHS Music Tour] Mandatory Parents and chaperone meeting March 20th

Hello Parents and Chaperones,
Our big trip is close at hand. I can almost smell the salty sea air and feel the rocking of the ship!! The next 3 weeks will just fly by. 

I would like to invite you all to our mandatory parents meeting on Tuesday the 20th of March at 6:30pm in the music building. Our superintendent, Mr Sam Johnson has requested that we meet with all parents and chaperones to set expectations for the trip and to give you an opportunity to ask any final questions of Til, Cherryl or myself. Chaperones will be given a packet for their use with itineraries, numbers and guidelines for the students. Please have at least one parent present at the meeting. If everyone is on time we can get the meeting over with quickly. I am hoping we can get this all finished within a half hour to 45 minutes at the very latest.

We will be holding our monthly Booster meeting afterwards and you are invited to stay for that if you wish, but that is not mandatory.

Thanks for your participation and I hope everyone is as excited about the cruise as I am . It will be a great experience for everyone and so much fun!! Keep your fingers crossed for more good weather in Southern Cal!
