Dear Bearcat Music Parents:

A few items about the March trip:

I have had several inquiries regarding the specific times our students will play on Friday the 28th.  Unfortunately Disney Magic Music Days will not commit to the final schedule until about 21 days prior to the performance so all we know is that we play sometime on the 28th.  I'll let you know our exact performance times as soon as they inform me.

Final payments were due prior to last Friday - as of tonight I'm still about 40% short - please double check to make sure you have sent yours in.

We are required to meet a minimum room reservation level at the Embassy Suites.  They have told me that they will count any rooms booked independently by parents toward that minimum.  If any of you have booked rooms directly I would appreciate it if you'd let me know within the next day or two, as well as under what name they are booked.
