Bearcat band and guard parents:

Your second and last bill for the Disneyland trip (3/27-30) will be sent out in the next week.  December cookie dough credits will be reflected on that bill.  I will be asking, with this last mailing, that you let me know if you want any additional Disney passes (for family) and to let me know if your student is not taking the bus both ways.  I can order 3-day Park Hopper passes for $113; the on-line discounted price is $169 and the website indicated that the gate price is $189.

Please look out for your upcoming bill and payment deadline information.  We have not received payments from about 40% of participants but have had to pay a number of our vendors so your prompt response to the next bill would be greatly appreciated.

We have been notified that the Jazz and Marching Bands will perform on Friday the 27th, but we have not yet been given specific times.  April will be scheduling the winter guard for a competition the following day in a nearby community.  I will keep you posted when I have further details on all these events.
