[SMHS Music Tour] Disneyland Trip - Emergency Medical Form

Dear Bearcat Music Parents:

It is time to collect emergency medical forms for the upcoming trip (3/27-30) to Disneyland.  Please use the form on our website, www.bearcatbands.org, and bring a completed copy to the mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday the 18th at 7 p.m.,  or have your student give it to Mr. Tribuzi prior to that date.  

I know many of you are anxious for performance times and more detail, but we probably won't be hearing from Disneyland for another week.  I'll keep you posted.
